Meditation and mindfulness is on everyone's lips. It is finding its way into all areas of life such as work, relationships, education and even leisure. What can this meditation and mindfulness so special and what does it bring? Every feeling is preceded by a thought that leads to joy or suffering. This thought subjectively seems to just happen. It seems as if we have no influence or control over it. 

Thoughts just come and they come very convincingly. They seem to leave us no choice in our views and in our actions. However, numerous neuroscience researches have come to astonishing results confirming that through meditation and mindfulness we are able to break free from these automatisms and develop much more personal freedom, health, joy and creativity than we can imagine.
